Construction continues in two Hope Ignites Chicago properties. Earlier this year, our team “broke ground” at 824 Gaffield Place and 827 Gaffield Place, the future home of the Foglia Family Campus in Evanston.
Recently, work continued with window installation at 827 Gaffield, with 824 planned to follow. The new Renewal by Anderson windows significantly improve thermal performance, offering an upgrade from the original single pane glass and keeping children and staff comfortable throughout hot summers and cooler months ahead.
New siding is slated for installation next and will offer additional insulating value along with cosmetic improvements. Following this, our team will move indoors to complete insulation, drywall, flooring, and interior finishes.
The culmination of these projects will mark the second and third projects completed in our partnership with Hope Ignites Chicago, giving them additional space to continue their mission of building stability, expanding opportunity, and changing the lives of young people in our community.
