Over the years, we’ve expanded our capabilities, refined our process, and built a team of talented professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results. In doing so, we’ve helped shape thousands of homes across the Chicago area.

The Family Behind the Work

Propelled by an unwavering commitment to excellence, Burton Klein founded Airoom in 1958. What began as a small remodeling business quickly grew through a reputation for quality and trust.

In 1983, leadership transitioned to Burton’s son, Michael Klein. He expanded Airoom’s capabilities, introduced emerging design and construction technologies, and helped shape a more integrated approach to remodeling. Under his vision, Airoom grew its scope and took on increasingly complex residential projects.

Today, Airoom is led by Michael Klein, along side the third generation of the Klein family, Maxx and Jack Klein, and President, Tom Graham. Building on the foundation established before them, they continue to evolve how projects are designed and delivered, expanding the company’s reach while staying grounded in its original values.
