Airoom is a complete design/build firm. That means we handle everything from the initial design and architecture drawings to permits, construction, and delivery. Since everything is managed in–house, our teams communicate easily to provide you with a seamless remodeling experience. Projects are also backed by 10-year installation and 15-year structural Airoom warranties.

Can you help with financing?

Yes, we work with Lamb Financial to offer construction financing options that help make your kitchen renovation more manageable. With multiple, competitive loan options, including solutions that allow you to keep your current rate, Lamb can work with you to identify the right package.

Can I stay in my home during construction?

Yes. As part of our Total Living Care program, Airoom works to ensure you comfortably remain in your home throughout the duration of your project. For a kitchen remodel, we may set up a temporary kitchen area, use plastic sheeting and dust removal to contain debris, store larger furniture during the project, and more. We work to make the construction process and undisruptive as possible for you and your family.
