Your questionnaire will not be processed as a formal application, nor will there be a formal credit check; it’s merely a great conduit for us to give you specific feedback and options.
Follow the Two-step Process to complete & submit the Questionnaire:
1) Download & Complete the Form
- Click on the image to open the Airoom Funding Questionnaire in .PDF format
- The PDF document will open in a current window (use Back button to go to the previous screen)
- Complete & Sign the document using PDF editing features
- Verify the information is accurate
- Save the document on your local device and name it using the FirstName-lastName-Date.pdf naming convention
2) Securely Upload Your Completed Form to Lamb Financial
- Click on the Upload icon or follow the link below to access our Secure environment.

- Enter your name, email address and password to create a login
- Then upload your questionnaire
- Do NOT answer the online mortgage application questions as that is reserved for formal loan applications
- For your protection, saving your changes to the PDF does not save the information in our system nor do we have access to what you saved; you must upload the completed form to the secure link above
