Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 15, 2026

The referrer will receive a $100 gift card via email after the referred homeowner completes an initial consultation with Airoom. The referrer will receive an additional $2,500 referral payment by check after the referred homeowner executes a contract with Airoom and construction on the project begins.

The referred homeowner is eligible to receive $2,500 off their Airoom project. The discount must be claimed and applied at the time the contract between the referred homeowner and Airoom is executed and may not be applied retroactively.  This offer is valid for new Airoom customers only. Self-referrals are not eligible. This offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or incentive unless expressly authorized by Airoom.

To qualify for this Referral Program, the referred homeowner must either: (i) submit Airoom’s online “Refer a Friend” form before the initial consultation, or (ii) identify the referrer by name to Airoom before the initial consultation. Referrals submitted or identified after the initial consultation are not eligible. Both the referrer and the referred homeowner must satisfy all program requirements to receive rewards.

This Referral Program applies only to eligible referrals submitted on or after July 15, 2026. Referrals submitted before the Effective Date are not eligible unless expressly approved by Airoom in writing. All rewards and discounts are subject to verification and will be issued only after all eligibility requirements and qualifying milestones have been satisfied. Referral payments may be subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements. Airoom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program, or to amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Airoom’s determination of eligibility and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding. Void where prohibited by law.
