This is a unique position that allows you to not only draw projects but actually see them get built internally and work with both design & build on staff department professionals. This position is vital to helping to find qualified candidates to hire, train and lead throughout the organization.
The purpose of this position is to be knowledgeable in hands on human resources and recruiting. This position will have a strong emphasis on hiring and retention. This position will require strong ability to work autonomously but coordinate with managers and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes working autonomously and within the team to manage the following:
