Digital Marketing Manager

Airoom Architects, Builders and Remodelers is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to immediately lead digital strategy for SEO, PPC, Social and Email channels. Airoom is Chicagoland’s leading turnkey home remodeling company with 5 specialty brands in the residential remodeling space.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving increased brand recognition and most importantly, direct lead generation. The position will manage and execute the day to day digital operations and grow the organization’s digital marketing programs.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize AdWords, Bing, and Facebook advertising accounts.
  • Identify and outline scope of digital initiatives
  • Translate marketing goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs including online media, social, mobile, email, website strategy, SEO and other digital components
  • Evaluate new digital tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing initiatives and ROI
  • Work with digital vendors, suppliers and proposals; manages relationships as needed with various vendors and agencies
  • Recommend website optimizations, content and marketing programs to support company marketing plans
  • Work on Email initiatives, including email marketing plan, lead nurture programs
  • Analyze the productivity and effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts and develops meaningful metrics and reports to be distributed to C-level executives
  • Monitor and approve a master social media calendar for social media manager to execute.
  • Communicate and delegate to development and creative team.
  • Implement measurement tools to measure the impact of our efforts. Analyze and communicate insights gained from social media monitoring to the internal teams.
  • Participates in department and interdepartmental planning and management teams; works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization

Hours and Location:

  • Full time position Monday - Friday in Lincolnwood.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Advertising
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital, online and social media marketing
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred
  • Agency or client-side experience
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Cross-functional team participation and program development/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, quantitative and critical thinking

Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • High volume Accounts Payable data entry
  • Meet invoice processing deadlines for weekly check runs
  • Respond to requests from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Maintain subcontractor insurance certificates
  • Expense report verification and processing
  • Sales tax reporting
  • Other Ad hoc reporting

Design & Sale

Airoom, Chicagoland’s premier design/build renovation company, is seeking an experienced person for Inside Sales and Appointment Setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospects in our showrooms and displays and discuss design, remodeling and new construction services and set appointments for design/sales staff to meet with prospects in their homes.
  • Answer phone calls and email inquiries regarding design, remodeling and new construction services to set appointments.
  • Use telephone and email to contact and communicate with prospects in our data base to explain our products services and set appointments.
  • Phone and email contact to prospects that we have previously talked with to set an appointment or to introduce them to our other renovation Divisions.
  • Perform daily follow up on prospects where messages were left.
  • Explain products and services and answer questions regarding our three Divisions; Airoom, Elevations and Revive.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, phone, etc. and enter information into our CRM.
  • Update contact list and confirm information through various online sources.
  • Follow up with prospects to gain their feedback and maintain records of contacts, and sales call information.
  • Contact potential customers from outside sources and lists purchased from other organizations.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who call as a result of advertising.
  • Follow up by telephone and email to reply to prospects, or to follow up on initial sales contacts.
  • Keep track of calls and report call volume, contacts and number of set appointments on a daily basis.
  • Represent the organization and communicate with customers and other people outside the organization in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information, files and design/sales calendar.

Hours and Location:

Full time position with flexible days, but requiring Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential design and construction is a must.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, 4 year degree preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office products, Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
