Marty Meadow

Marty Meadow manages project development and the Airoom Naperville showroom. He has a total of over 35 years industry experience, more than 20 of which have been spent with Airoom. Throughout his career, Marty has worked in commercial development, site selection and store development for a national chain, but has always built custom homes.

What he finds most gratifying is developing ways to improve his clients’ lives by designing and building the projects of their dreams. It was while in school that Marty discovered his love for architecture and design. Marty earned the 2011 Qualified Remodeler Magazine, Gold Medal Award for a Master Bathroom.

He attended Northern Illinois University where he studied finance and real estate development.

Calina Gobis

Originally hailing from Bucharest, Romania, Calina’s passion for design first bloomed at age twelve. During college, she worked part time for several construction companies, inspiring her to open her own residential design firm just three years out of school.

Calina oversees the architects and designers who create initial concepts for Airoom’s home addition and renovation projects. Her guidance, leadership, and adherence to industry standards help the whole team develop innovative designs. She thrives on Airoom’s quick and creative environment, and gets the greatest gratification out of creating the best solutions to fit each client’s budget, range and lifestyle.

Calina has been with Airoom for 9 years and has over 28 years of industry experience. She is currently a member of NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry) and NKBA with Airoom. Calina received her Bachelor degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University, Hammond, IN.

Gina Bon

A Chicagoland native, Gina has been interested in art, architecture, and design since early childhood. Her passion for creating, coupled with her affinity for people led her to an interior design career that married the two perfectly. Her 11+ years in the residential remodeling industry has earned her accolades by such publications as Kitchen & Bath Design News and National Kitchen & Bath Association Magazine. Her numerous repeat clients are a testament to her dedication to customer satisfaction.

Jane Kelly

Originally from Ireland, Jane’s love of architecture began in childhood. The daughter of a builder, she acquired her first power tool at the age of eight, and with her father’s help, designed and built her own treehouse. In the decade since joining Airoom, Jane has emerged as an exemplary designer and a champion of client satisfaction. Her kitchens have graced the covers of such international publications as Trends Magazine, and she recently earned a National NARI Award for Residential Kitchen Design.
