Bill first expressed his passion for design at kindergarten graduation, telling the audience he wanted to be an architect like his father – who was not, in fact, an architect. By the time he was twelve, he was picking out wallpaper for his family’s dining room. Now with over a decade of experience to his credit, Bill has built his career around turning clients’ scrapbooks and scribbles into extraordinary spaces. He relishes the excitement of guiding a family through the design experience and into their perfect home.
Prior to joining the Airoom team, Bill was a residential project manager and a site planning and zoning analyst. His degrees from Miami University in both Urban & Regional Planning and Geography inspire him to consider the neighborhood as well as the family home. His respect for environmental concerns earned him a Green Build Certificate, which recognizes the effort to conserve energy, reduce pollution, and contribute to healthier communities.
A life long artist, Pam’s first detailed home design was sketched in colored pencil at age eight. By twenty-four, she had put an addition on a townhouse. In between, she learned aspects of home design from laying tile to refinishing furniture.
Although her stunning designs have garnered such recognition as the Contractor of the Year (CoTY) award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Pam values real world results over design competitions. She loves advising clients through the material selection process, drawing inspiration from their enthusiasm.
A member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), Pam’s work has been featured in many local publications, as well as the Winnetka Garden Walk tour. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and her Master’s from University of Illinois, Chicago.
