Gina has been with Airoom for 10 ½ years and has acquired many titles including Project Development Manager, Showroom Director and Senior Kitchen & Bathroom Designer. Equal parts designer, artist and craftsman, Pam has been a Kitchen and Bath Designer with Airoom for 13 years and has 17 years of experience in her field. An Illinois native with a Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and a Master’s from University of Illinois, Pam is a life-long artist. Her first detailed home design was sketched in colored pencil at age eight and it comes as no surprise that by age twenty-four, she had put an addition on a townhouse. During the years between, she learned a variety of home design aspects including laying tile and refinishing furniture.

Although her stunning designs have garnered such recognition as the Contractor of the Year (CoTY) Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Pam values real world results over design competitions. She knows how to captivate her audience with her creativity and knowledge. She loves advising clients through the material selection process and drawing inspiration from their enthusiasm.

A member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), Pam’s work has been featured in many local publications, as well as the Winnetka Garden Walk tour.

Joe joined Airoom in early 2016 and brings over 20 years of residential renovation and design experience to the team where he helps prospective clients understand the Airoom difference by creating designs that connect with them and make financial sense.

Originally from the East Coast, Joe has been in the Chicago area for over 25 years, and lives in Libertyville, Illinois. Joe studied Finance at Villanova University. He knew he had a passion for design and architecture when he built his first tree fort. Joe says, “We would scavenge wood from dumpsters and scraps from construction sites and take them to the woods to build forts. I would lay awake at night thinking about how to make the biggest and best fort within the structure of the tree branches.”

That design passion continued in College, where he had a company with three friends that built decks for homes during summers. After running his own small remodeling company, Joe saw the opportunity to join Airoom and focus on the areas of renovation he enjoyed most, working with people and creating innovative designs.

As a Project Development Manager, Joe enjoys solving problems and helping clients achieve their dreams. If he can design a space that makes a client love their home the way they did when they first bought it, he considers it a success.
