An Illinois native with a Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and a Master’s from University of Illinois, Pam is a life-long artist. During the years between, she learned a variety of home design aspects including laying tile and refinishing furniture.

Although her stunning designs have garnered such recognition as the Contractor of the Year (CoTY) Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Pam values real world results over design competitions. Kathleen’s passion for design started at an early age. Born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, she was always fascinated with the towering steel and glass boxes rising above the city. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Kathleen returned home and earned her Master’s in Architecture from The Illinois Institute of Technology.

While Architecture has always been her biggest passion, Kathleen found that working at a large architecture firm downtown still left something to be desired. Longing for face-to-face interaction with a client and not just her computer screen, Kathleen finds her greatest sense of accomplishment when she’s able to turn her clients’ rough visions into reality.
