3 Minute Read

The New Year is well under way, and the Airoom crews are hard at work remodeling homes across Chicagoland. But before we put 2019 behind us, we would like to commemorate some of the fantastic projects that we completed last year. Everything from a brick house exterior makeover to a farmhouse kitchen improvement. Here are the stories of three Airoom homeowners whose life transitions and new outlooks inspired three beautifully remodeled homes.

Brick House Exterior Makeover-Winnetka

This gorgeous Winnetka project was way more then just a brick house exterior makeover. It required a tear down of half of the existing structure, including several of the bedrooms and the garage. A new three-story addition was built, including a basement with 10’ ceilings, a workout room and wet bar. The main level addition includes a brand new kitchen, breakfast room, office and three-car garage. A new portico was installed on the front elevation, along with brand new windows throughout the house. The result is a modern, updated look, expanded space, and superior structural integrity for the home. To see all the photos from this complete remodeling renovation, view the album here.

Home Bathroom Remodel-Naperville

After the dust settles and your remodeling project is complete, it’s the little details that determine its success and prove its quality. This four-piece Naperville home bathroom remodel is a stunning example of excellent and detailed work.

One subtle yet stunning feature is the strip recessed LED lighting that is built in to the wall adjacent to the soaker tub. The frameless glass enclosure around the shower is a perfect enhancement for the monochromatic design. And the built in shower bench extends beautifully from the smooth porcelain tile flooring. Kitchen Improvement Project-Lindenhurst

This stunning transitional kitchen improvement was a long time in the making for a very happy Lindenhurst couple. The design is unique, combining the contemporary look of white cabinetry with the modern farmhouse appeal of wood planking and open shelving. Custom mercury mirror glass at the pantry is very on trend, and works to expand the look and feel of the space. Adding a cut glass modern chandelier adds a touch of elegance and tasteful architectural detail. To view this entire kitchen improvement project, click here to view the album on our website.
