Originally from Schaumburg, IL, Chris has a degree in Finance from Roosevelt University. With over 15 years of experience in the home building business, he started interning with a design-build firm in high school and college, continuing on as a Superintendent doing field work with a national home builder, and working his way up to Project Manager for a large territory and multiple sub-divisions. He particularly loves the Craftsman style of architecture, and his biggest reward is making his clients happy. He’s won multiple awards for Highest Customer Satisfaction.
Kathleen’s passion for design started at an early age. Born and raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, she was always fascinated with the towering steel and glass boxes rising above the city. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University, Kathleen returned home and earned her Master’s in Architecture from The Illinois Institute of Technology.
While Architecture has always been her biggest passion, Kathleen found that working at a large architecture firm downtown still left something to be desired. Longing for face-to-face interaction with a client and not just her computer screen, Kathleen finds her greatest sense of accomplishment when she’s able to turn her clients’ rough visions into reality.

Nikki has been captivated by architectural elements since childhood, often forsaking her toy box in favor of rearranging her room.
Thriving on a challenge, Nikki prides herself on finding the perfect balance between her clients’ budgets and the homes they’ve always dreamed of. In fact – practical, buildable design is one of her greatest passions, and her ability to unite form and function is born of time spent on both the design and contractor ends of the architectural spectrum.
After over a decade of working in residential and commercial architecture, interiors and exteriors, and even furniture and textile design, Nikki’s tastes span everything from Nantucket to Craftsman to Victorian to Second Empire. This diverse appreciation enables her to craft personalized, custom spaces for her clients, as well as lasting relationships with them. She holds a degree in Architectural Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and another in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
GINA BON – (CKD) Certified Kitchen Designer, (CBD) Certified Bath Designer, Showroom Director
Gina has been with Airoom for 10 ½ years and has acquired many titles including Project Development Manager, Showroom Director and Senior Kitchen & Bathroom Designer. She combines all three when designing functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients and outfitting entire rooms with specific products while working within given investments.
A Chicago native, Gina received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago and has been nationally recognized for her work since graduation. She was a 2012 National Kitchen and Bath Design Competition Finalist and her work has been featured in a number of publications including Kitchen and Bath News Magazine and National Kitchen and Bath Association Magazine.
Gina knew from a very early age that she wanted to be involved with architecture and design. She has always had a creative nature, with a pragmatic type personality. The combination of the two, plus her affinity for people, took her on a clear path to success in residential design. According to Gina, the most rewarding part of her job is knowing she enhanced the well being of her client (and family’s) life by improving their dwellings.
Equal parts designer, artist and craftsman, Pam has been a Kitchen and Bath Designer with Airoom for 13 years and has 17 years of experience in her field. An Illinois native with a Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and a Master’s from University of Illinois, Pam is a life-long artist. Her first detailed home design was sketched in colored pencil at age eight and it comes as no surprise that by age twenty-four, she had put an addition on a townhouse. During the years between, she learned a variety of home design aspects including laying tile and refinishing furniture.
Although her stunning designs have garnered such recognition as the Contractor of the Year (CoTY) Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Pam values real world results over design competitions. She knows how to captivate her audience with her creativity and knowledge. She loves advising clients through the material selection process and drawing inspiration from their enthusiasm.
A member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), Pam’s work has been featured in many local publications, as well as the Winnetka Garden Walk tour.

Robyn has 14 years of experience assisting clients with design layouts for kitchens, baths, laundry rooms, mudrooms and libraries as well as selecting all the necessary products to complete each area. Prior to joining Airoom, she worked for two large, high-end residential firms and designed projects that ranged from city condos to suburban mansions and lakeside retreats.
Originally from Saint Joseph, Michigan, Robyn received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Her design curiosity was sparked when her dad started building their new family home when she was 12. During the process she learned how to use a nail gun, lay tile, install a toilet and wire a light fixture, cementing her interest in the architectural and structural end of design. She knew by the time she started high school that she wanted to be an interior designer and was constantly rearranging her bedroom, changing artwork locations and helping extended family with layouts and color schemes.
Robyn truly enjoys making personal connections with clients, interpreting their preferences and style to find the best design solution. She spends multiple days with homeowners to ensure she understands how they will live in their new space.
