Am I going to be working with each contractor? That’s a lot of people to communicate with.

For each project we assign an Airoom Project Development Manager to work with you. We handle all aspects of the project and funnel them through the manager who will provide you with the appropriate updates. The Project Development Manager’s priority is to also see that everything is completed with in the timeline.

What kind of experience do you have working with historic homes?

We have plenty of experience in remodeling both the interiors and exteriors of historic homes. We understand the importance to preserve the original look. Our relationship with manufacturers allows us to update or add to the timelessness of your house with only the finest building materials.

Once the construction is done am I left to do the painting and decorating?

A visit to our Airoom Design Center with our design consultants will allow you to put the finishing touches on your new remodel or home addition. Our design professionals are also versed in all the latest style and trends. They can incorporate these into your remodel or addition so that it flows with the overall aesthetics of your home. Once the construction is complete and the interior design is carried out we do a final walk through with you for to see that all your expectations were met.

Step 6: Scheduling of Materials, Labor and Equipment. Now it’s time to get out your calendar and decide when renovation is convenient for your life. Before construction begins, everything is scheduled and at no financial burden to you.

Step 7: Supervising Construction. We want to make sure you stay in the loop, so at this stage a Personal Project manager is assigned to your project, making sure you know all of the details about your project’s progression.
