Upon request, you may bid out the completed blueprints to any other contractor/builder of your choosing.  If you find the same project with the same specifications and warranties for less, Airoom will have the first right to match the price.  If Airoom cannot match the competing price, you have the right to keep all blueprints, designs, selection material lists, sketches and zoning work for the amount equal to 10% of the Airoom final contract price with no further obligation. Terms & Conditions
Client must provide written notice to Airoom within 2 (two) business days after receiving the finalized construction blueprints to invoke the Airoom Price Assurance Guarantee option. Additionally, client has ten (10) business days from delivery of blueprints to furnish Airoom with a legitimate written contract from an Illinois residential contractor. At its sole discretion, Airoom has the right to match any valid competitor’s contract price and/or specifications. Price comparisons can only be made on valid contract proposals with the same specifications as drawn.
