Client wanted to update their 1950s ranch to fit in better to all the new teardowns that had happen on their street. We did the outside, added overhangs, new front portico with a swoop and new dormers to update the outside. Inside we did a kitchen addition with a laundry addition. Project: Lake Forest Kitchen and Master Bath Remodel
For this impressive renovation the Airoom team not only completely transformed the kitchen of this North Shore home, but also created a luxury master bathroom. The kitchen featured a total excavation as well as all new fabricated countertops, cabinets, plumbing and flooring. In addition, the plan included new electrical and a new HVAC system.
